Catch of the Day: Ditto

I m still playing!! haha.
On the last day of my 2 weeks trip in Thailand, i decided to leave my footprint in one of the gym with my strongest Pokemon: Dragonite.

Was walking around in one of the new mall (Mega Bangna) in BKK,like Vivocity, the mall was full of normal Pokemons like Rattata, Pidgey etc.
Having limited connection and not being able to play during these 2 weeks, i m like a hungry tiger just release from zoo. Of course, i caught every single Pokemons, even if it is just Rattata. haha.

I remember i caught a Rattata in Big C (a supermarket in Thailand), suddenly the screen pop up ''oh!'' (The same ''oh!'' like how your Pokemon egg hatched). i was like ''great, finally the damn egg hatched''. Wasnt paying too much attention to my screen and when i looked back on my screen, this little Ditto (although CP is really VERY low) was on my screen.

Did out this Snapshot for memory that i caught ''you'' in Thailand

And for a sum up and really for memory sake, below are all the catches from different provinces in Thailand. I think ''catch of the trip'' is still Ditto. haha

Update on food counters in my portfolio.

Just acquired Katrina Group lately this year. I always believe a seed planted today will require time to grow big and strong. Currently Katrina Group has not see any profits.

Breadtalk, one of my favourite stock, announced to open first store in London under the brand of "Ding Tai Feng" and send the stock price up.

Hold the stock for nearly a year. Finally break 52 weeks high of 76 cents past few days. Huat ah

Mindset and goal, they are interlink.

Hello world,

I m back in action (during my free time)
: )

To start of, I would like to share something i just read from rich dad poor dad's email.

"After achieving my goal of making my first $1 million, I began thinking about setting the next goal. I knew I could go on to make $10 million doing things much the same way. However, $1 billion would require new skills and a whole new way of thinking.

That is why I set the goal of $1 billion, despite much personal doubt. Once I had the nerve to set the goal, I began to learn how others had made it. If I had not set the goal, I would not have embarked on the journey of learning. Once I committed to the goal, my mindset changed, and that alone was extremely valuable.

Even if I do not achieve my goal of making $1 billion, I will have gained much more from the change in mindset it required than if I had never set the goal in the first place."
-From Robert Kiyosaki

Even if you don't achieve 10/10, don't be dishearted because if you didn't take up any action, the result will be 1/10. So even if you achieve 5/10, it is way better than 1/10. Believe in yourself and keep taking action. One day, You will get there!

Pokemon GO

Past Saturday, a normal Saturday, something landed in Singapore.
Yes, Pokemon GO! like finally haha.

Haha no doubt, I played as well but I must say the game is really addiction. I even travelled out to catch them all ! and so this is the photo I took yesterday below my block.

Really shock of my life. I stayed here for 20 over years, I swear, I never see so many people gather at Teck Whye Garden almost everyday and every night even at late night.

Even Big player like CapitaLand launched #PokemonSTAR, which combines Pokemon GO with CAPITASTAR, allowing Pokemon Trainers to be rewarded with STAR$, redeem CapitaVouchers and recharge their phones in CapitaLand properties.
For more info, http://capitaland.com/pokemonstar

I was thinking.... maybe I should just nibble some Nintendo's shares.
BUT how long can this game last?
Also there are still many countries have yet to launch the game (like china).
But Share price has already soar up.

Erm....

Anyway, below is my avatar in the Pokemon world as of 09/08/16.
See you around!

SPH REIT 3Q DPU up 0.7% to 1.36 cents

SPH REIT reports DPU in 3Q16 increased 0.7% to 1.36 cents on the back of higher rental income achieved from Paragon.

One of thing I like about SPH REIT is its Good management. Although SPH REIT has only 2 properties under its portfolio, the management has since been trying hard on AEI to free up space to build more shops for rental. Below are examples.

“The Asset Enhancement Initiative involving the decanting of Air Handling Units at Paragon are progressing well and we have secured tenancies for all the newly created units ahead of its opening end of this year,” says Susan Leng, CEO of SPH REIT Management.

“We have received strong demand from retailers for the reconfiguration of Basement 1 at The Clementi Mall,” she adds. “The revamped food cluster will be a refreshing destination for our shoppers.”

really hope SPH REIT will acquire Seletar Mall from its sponsor this year. had been saying this in their outlook presentation for many quarters. *disappointed
