Received a SMS stating delivery will be done today and clear instruction if not around.
Very user friendly website with different options available to choose in the event of nobody at home. Additional comment box is also available to note delivery personnel on specific location to place.
Lastly, a clear notification (SMS) will be send to your number to notify you on the delivery had been done as according to our choice.
