Aug Update: Abel's Wedding & Unit Trust Re-balancing.
Firstly, a BIG congratulation to my polymate, Abel Lim.
attending his wedding lunch and finally get to meet my "200 years meet one time friends". haha
also got to know Sheena will be holding her wedding dinner next year 24 Jan 2016.

seriously, a little not use it.
gonna bite my teeth and bare with it.
*hopefully time will pass very fast and things will be better. Pray!
currently, FSM is having SG50 promotion for this entire August with 0% Sale Charge.
and i think it is a good time to do some re-balancing for my unit trust portfolio since Mr Market plunge some much lately.
sold my JPM fund,
added some into Allianz US and Allianz INC.
also bought into new fund, Schroder Asian Income, another monthly dividend payout fund.

Aug 2015 Update & Happy SG50
Hi All,
been a long time since I updated here,
hope you guys/ladies are doing as fine.
and HAPPY SG50 !
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE !!!

It's my favorite month of the year,
August and I call it "My Harvest Month".
will be collecting the following dividends for the month of August,
(haven't add in my dividends from Unit Trust) = )
Kepcorp $60
SIA Engg $85
SPH Reit $40.50
Sheng Siong $87.50
Suntec Reit $74.76
Viva Trust $11.20
CapitaComm Trust $323.25
Starhub $50
Parkway Life Reit $67
SembMar $120
well to me, these $$ are like a mini increment I gave or create for myself.
You must understand, it is very very hard to ask for a pay rise from your boss,
I personally think we can and are able to do something on our part to increase our pay legally.
Dividend income is one such example and I think everyone should do it.
**remember, doing something you know is not a risk.
hope every month will be like this. haha.
