Added Comfortdelgro into Portfolio

Many think Comfortdelgro is purely a taxi company in Singapore. Actually Comfortdelgro is more than just taxi. In Singapore alone, Comfortdelgro has 8 others business units. Outside Singapore, Comfortdelgro also diverify its revenue in 6 other countries.

Decided to Nibble a bit of COMFORTDELGRO.

SIA ENGINEERING Update

If you recalled, last year (2016) had been a bad bad year for aerospace industry with the continuous losing of plane and crashing malfunction of planes around the globe.

Being in the same industry, SIA ENGINEERING was not spare. 

Finally the dust had settled down. Revenue still decreasing but net profit increase 6.5%. a clear sign of good management.

The world has been easily connected by planes. With the increasing promotion offer by various airlines, people are more willing to travel around the world. In addition, With more and more planes coming onboard, these planes need to be maintain and service in order to ensure safety. SIA ENGINEERING is the perfect choice for such candidate. The other one will be ST ENGINEERING under ST Aerospace business unit.

Dividend for SIA ENGINEERING will be issuing in every Aug and Nov of the year.

Jan 2017 Monthly Update

For the month of Jan, capital gain had increase slightly from $800+ to $1100+,

however dividend income from Unit Trust dropped from $280+ to $240+ due to the divestment of certain funds for capital gain during last year.

Review of Passive Income for 2016

Fruit Paradise (Japan Foods Holdings)

Finally get to try Fruit Paradise, a brand under Japan Foods Holdings  listed in SGX.
Famous for it's fruit cake, how come my gf and I miss it.

ordered a baked rice which cost (if i remember correctly) only $9.90 which come with a decent portion and a salad on the side. and i must say, it really taste awesome!

The Fruit cake really holds its reputation. Why do i say so? because it allows a person who doesn't love eating cake(s) to finish the whole slice. thumbs up!

lastly is the flower tea pot for two. no much comments for this. nor good nor bad.

overall experience: 7.5/10
